Please note that crystals are unique products of the earth. Natural crevices, druzy pockets, internal inclusions, fissures, or minor surface textures are normal characteristics of natural stones and are not considered flaws, damage, or defects.

We do our best to showcase every item accurately on camera or in photos, but we cannot offer refunds, returns, or discounts for natural geological features.

Returns Window & Eligibility

• Customers have 14 days from the date of package delivery to request a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused, unaltered, and in the exact same condition that you received them.
• Items must be returned securely in their original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping labels unless the item arrived fundamentally broken or damaged in transit.
• Original shipping fees from your order are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Broken Items in Transit

• Because crystals are fragile, if your item breaks during shipping, you must contact us with clear photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
• Upon verification, we will happily issue a replacement or store credit for the broken item.
